To receive a refund, you must

  • contact Avery Oaks by calling 512-508-8954 , or email team@averyhomefurniture.com.
  • Avery Oaks product must be returned in the original packaging, including any parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation and must be in resalable condition to receive the allowable refund.
  • You may return new items PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM averyoaksfurniture.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product.
  • You will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to Avery Oaks.
  • Items must arrive at our warehouse within 45 days of the original delivery to you to qualify for a refund.
  • You must provide proof of purchase for return consideration. To the extent permitted by law, all sales of Avery Oaks products are governed by Texas law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions
